Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The pressure can reach 1600 tons, allowing for one-time molding of lamp poles up to 16 meters in length with a fold thickness of 18 mm. We can die-press round poles, square poles, conical poles, plum flower form poles, and more. Pole proportions range from 8 to 17, and we can produce custom-shaped steel poles based on customer requirements. Our lamp pole spraying production line includes a spraying coating machine from South Korea and an Italian combustion machine-equipped bake room with an advanced hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from over 180 colors for their sprayed coatings. from South Korea, bake room take advantage of Italian combustion machine and advanced hot air circulation system ,Spraying color can be selected according to customer needs, more than 180 types as choose color .

Our lighting fixture workshop spans an area of 1000m².²
