Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage, a large bending machine with balancing valve control, and pressure capability. Reaching up to 1600 tons, our one-time molding process can produce lamp poles 16 meters in length with a fold thickness of up to 18 mm. We offer die pressing for round, square, conical, and plum flower form poles, with pole proportions ranging from 8-17. We also cater to custom demands for other uniquely shaped steel poles. Our lamp pole spraying production line includes a Spraying coating machine imported from South Korea, complemented by an Italian combustion machine in the bake room and an advanced hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from over 180 color options for the spraying process.
