Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. It can exert a pressure of up to 1600 tons, achieving a one-time molding length of 16 meters and a fold thickness of up to 18 mm. The line can press round poles, square poles, conical poles, and poles in the shape of plum flowers, with proportions ranging from 8 to 17. We can also produce specialized steel poles based on customer requirements. Our advanced lamp pole spraying production line, equipped with South Korean spraying coating machines and Italian combustion machines for the bake room, utilizes a state-of-the-art hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from over 180 colors for their coating needs. The lighting fixture workshop spans an area of 1000 square meters, primarily dedicated to assembling LED lamps, solar LED lamps, integrated solar lights, floodlights, packing, and stocking.
