Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage, a large bending machine with balancing valve control, and pressure capabilities. The pressure reaches up to 1600 tons, allowing for one-time molding lengths of lamp poles up to 16 meters, and fold thicknesses up to 18 mm. We can die press round poles, square poles, conical poles, plum flower form poles, etc., with pole proportions ranging from 8-17. Custom special shape steel poles can also be produced based on customer requirements. The spraying coating machine in our lamp pole spraying production line is imported from South Korea, with bake rooms utilizing advanced Italian combustion machines and a hot air circulation system. Spraying color options are customizable, with more than 180 color choices available.
