Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The pressure capacity reaches 1600 tons, enabling one-time molding of lamp poles up to 16 meters long and 18 mm thick. We can die press various pole shapes, including round, square, conical, and plum flower forms, with proportions ranging from 8 to 17, and can produce other special-shaped steel poles based on customer demands. The spraying coating machine for our lamp pole production line hails from South Korea, while the bake room benefits from an Italian combustion machine and an advanced hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from more than 180 colors for spraying, tailored to their needs.
