Our lamp pole manufacturing line boasts dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The machine can exert a pressure of 1600 tons, shaping lamp poles up to 16 meters in a single mold. Capable of molding round, square, conical, and plum flower-shaped poles, the thickness can reach 18 mm, with proportions ranging from 8 to 17. We also customize special shape steel poles as per customer requirements. Our state-of-the-art spraying coating machine, sourced from South Korea, is complemented by an Italian combustion machine and advanced hot air circulation system in the bake room. Customers can choose from over 180 colors to suit their specific needs.
