Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The pressure can reach 1600 tons, allowing for one-time molding of lamp poles up to 16 meters in length and folds up to 18 mm thick. We can die press round, square, conical, and plum flower form poles, with proportions ranging from 8 to 17, and can also produce special-shaped steel poles based on customer requirements. Our lamp pole spraying line includes a coating machine from South Korea and a bake room utilizing an Italian combustion machine paired with an advanced hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from over 180 color options for spraying. Lighting Fixture Workshop: Our lighting fixture workshop spans 1000m² and is primarily used for assembling LED lamps, solar LED lamps, integrated solar lights, floodlights, packaging, and stock storage.
