Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine controlled by a balancing valve. The pressure capacity reaches 1600 tons, enabling the molding of lamp poles up to 16 meters in length and 18 mm in thickness. We can perform die pressing for round, square, conical, and plum flower form poles, with poles' proportions ranging from 8 to 17. We also accommodate custom shapes based on customer specifications. Our lamp pole spraying production line features advanced equipment from South Korea and Italy. The baking room utilizes an Italian combustion machine and a sophisticated hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from over 180 colors for the spraying process. Our lighting fixture workshop spans 1,000 square meters, primarily assembling LED lamps, solar LED lamps, integrated solar lights, floodlights, and handling packing and stocking.
