Our lamp poles manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The pressure can reach up to 1600 tons. The one-time molding length of a lamp pole is 16 meters, with a fold thickness reaching 18 mm. We can die-press round, square, conical, and plum flower form poles, with pole proportions ranging between 8-17. We also cater to custom demands for other special-shaped steel poles. Our lamp pole spraying production line features a South Korean spraying coating machine and an Italian combustion machine coupled with an advanced hot air circulation system in the bake room. Spraying color can be chosen from more than 180 types according to customer needs.
The Lighting Fixture workshop spans an area of 1000m2
and is primarily used for assembling LED lamps, solar LED lamps, integrated solar lights, floodlights, as well as for packing and stock.
