Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The pressure can reach up to 1600 tons, enabling a one-time molding length of up to 16 meters and a fold thickness of up to 18 mm. We can die press round poles, square poles, conical poles, plum flower form poles, and more. Pole proportions range from 8-17, and we can also produce custom-shaped steel poles based on customer specifications. Our lamp pole spraying coating machine, imported from South Korea, operates alongside an Italian combustion machine and an advanced hot air circulation system in the bake room. Customers can choose from over 180 types of spraying colors to meet their specific needs.
Our Lighting Fixture workshop spans an area of 1000m2
where we primarily assemble LED lamps, solar LED lamps, integrated solar lights, floodlights, and handle packaging and stocking.
