Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control, providing exceptional pressure capabilities. With a pressure capacity reaching up to 1600 tons, our state-of-the-art machinery ensures one-time molding of lamp poles up to 16 meters in length and a fold thickness of up to 18 mm. We can craft round, square, conical, and plum flower form poles, adjusting proportions between 8-17, and cater to custom demands for special-shaped steel poles. Our lamp pole spraying production line incorporates advanced machinery from South Korea and Italy. Our spray coating machinery, sourced from South Korea, and our Italian combustion machine-powered bake room utilize an advanced hot air circulation system. Customers can choose from over 180 colors to suit their specific needs.
