Our lamp pole manufacturing line features dual machine linkage and a large bending machine with balancing valve control. The pressure can reach 1600 tons, allowing a one-time molding length of lamp poles up to 16 meters and a fold thickness of up to 18 mm. We can die press round poles, square poles, conical poles, plum flower form poles, etc., with proportions ranging from 8 to 17. We also accommodate custom demands for special shape steel poles. We employ a spraying coating machine from South Korea in our lamp pole spraying production line, complemented by an Italian combustion machine and an advanced hot air circulation system in the bake room. Customers can choose from over 180 color options for spraying. Our Lighting Fixture workshop spans an area of 1000 square meters.
